Warren Capital Corporation, located in close proximity to the Sonoma & Napa Wine Country, has been providing financing to the wine industry for over 24 years. WCC has a number of core winery accounts and the wine industry is one of our prime business segments. We have specialized knowledge of the wine industry which gives us unique insights in that business and helps us to better understand the issues that companies in that industry face. Our products include loans and leases for wine barrels, fermentation tanks, wine barrel racks, vats, production equipment, warehouse equipment, software, and real estate as well as asset-based facilities for working capital. We have a wide underwriting criteria allowing us to fund transactions ranging in size from $10,000 to $10,000,000. In addition, we also partner with many wine industry suppliers and vendors to structure financing programs and fund transactions for their clients. We also have an investment banking affiliate Wood, Warren & Co. of Emeryville which advises in the area of merger and acquisitions and private equity.
